If you pay for Replit Pro, Replit's new conditions say that any lawful disagreement you have alongside them goes to personal arbitration alternatively of court, and that you can't associate a category action. You can keep your correct to go to court by sending Replit one email by November 8. Here is how, and why that date.
This is a notice, not an argument.
On October 9, 2026, a new Replit Pro Agreement replaced the old one for existing Pro customers. It adds mandatory arbitration and a class-action waiver. The old accord had neither.
The new agreement's own words: "To opt out, Customer must notify Replit inside thirty (30) days following archetypal becoming topic to this arbitration agreement." Replit, in penning on October 28: "The new Pro Agreement took consequence for existing Pro customers on October 9, 2026." Thirty days from October 9 is November 8. If you signed up for Pro following the new accord was posted in September, it applied whenever you registered, so your thirty days started afterward and may already have run.
The September email announcing the alter gave this one clause: "You can opt out inside 30 days as described in the Pro Agreement." It didn't provision the date or the address.
Email [email protected] from the email on your Replit account. The accord says the notice must include:
your complete name
your mailing address
your Replit username
the email location on your account
a apparent declaration that you opt out of the Arbitration Agreement in Section J of the Pro Agreement
Keep a copy. Each individual sends their own: the accord says "No idiosyncratic may opt out on behalf of another party," so on a team, everyone opts out for themselves. (What opting out does: it keeps your correct to obtain a disagreement to court alternatively of a personal arbitrator. It doesn't decide any claim.)
A template you can paste:
Subject: Opt-out of Arbitration Agreement (Pro Agreement, Section J)
I opt out of the Arbitration Agreement in Section J of the Replit Pro Agreement.

Mailing address:
Replit username:
Account email:
Open Settings, afterward Personalization, scroll to the base and develop the final section. There's a environment called Model Improvement. On September 9 it was turned on by default for what Replit calls "eligible" Pro accounts. If it's on and you desire it off, rotate it off. It's per person, so inspect all place on your team. Replit says turning it off applies to new satisfied only; the opt-out "isn't retroactive."
