Google is evaluation a new characteristic in Google Discover named "Dive deeper." When you click on it, it does not obtain you to a publisher's article, instead, it takes you to an AI-generated abbreviated topic overview alongside links to several another articles (which do obtain you to the publisher) and community reaction.
