Google seems to be evaluation or rolling out AI-generated summaries inside AI Overviews citation cards. So the cards on the correct (or bottom) of the AI Overviews inside Google Search can now display AI summary snippets/descriptions.
This was spotted by Brodie Clark, who posted concerning this on X and wrote, "I hadn't noticed Google's AI overviews summarising satisfied in the citations akin this before. The content doesn't appear exactly akin this on the leaf – it is being summarised according to the data that Google thinks is most applicable to the query."
