APSW stands for Another Python SQLite Wrapper. APSW supports CPython 3.10 onwards.
APSW lets you get the most out of the SQLite embedded relational repository motor from Python, and the most out of Python from SQLite. APSW glues together the complete SQLite C API and Python's C API, staying up to date with the two SQLite and Python. This includes full content search, session, virtual tables, VFS (virtual file system), JSON, and CArray. All functionality is accessible in regular synchronous code, as fine as full assistance for all the async frameworks.
It is recommended to use the builtin sqlite3 module if you desire SQLite to appear interchangeable alongside the another repository drivers.
