The White House is seeking caller charges against erstwhile Olympian David Hearn, according to The Wall Street Journal, asking the Justice Department to see a caller prosecution against him aft U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro dropped the lawsuit against Hearn this period and provoked President Donald Trump’s ire.
The first charges against Hearn were dropped this month.
