A Viento is an electric motor scooter built by The Electric Cycle Company. It is no longer manufactured as the company went out of business in 2006. Only 112 known units hand built in Van nuys,CA. Vin number 219 is owned by Washington State residents. Washington also considered it to be a moped. Designer Ely Schless It can reach 28 miles per hour and maintains that speed for up to 30 miles.
