Shane Steichen

Shane Steichen is an American professional football coach who is the head coach for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. He previously served as an assistant coach for the San Diego / Los Angeles Chargers from 2014 to 2019 and their offensive coordinator in 2020, and offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2021 and 2022. Steichen also served previously as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Browns in 2013.
