Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner is suing Elon Musk and his Donald Trump-supporting America PAC. Filed Monday successful Philadelphia Common Pleas Court, it’s the first ineligible action against Musk’s $1 cardinal regular grant offered to registered voters.
