One of the finest headphone deals correct now is for my favorite headphones: Sony's 1000X sequence has been about since 2016, alongside all new example improving on the former iteration, the latest being the Sony WH-1000XM6, released in 2025. These are the best over-ear headphones I tested in 2025 (or ever, really). Right now, you can get the WH-1000XM6 headphones for $378 (originally $459.99), their lowest cost ever, according to price-tracking tools.
The XM6 headphones enhance on what were already outstanding headphones. Sony upped the figure of microphones from eight to 12 whenever compared to the XM5, which improves additional than fair how fine you audio to person on a phone call. The microphones are used in nearly all of its features, akin ANC, Adaptive Sound Control, and the headphones' Ambient Sound mode. They comprehend your surroundings to modify their features accordingly. If you toggle from a noisy area to a quiescent one, the XM6 can toggle from ANC to conscious manner (if you have Adaptive Sound Control on).
These headphones have a lot additional features that you can nerd out on in their companion app. The audio norm is second to none, alongside the completely customizable EQ giving you plentifulness of options to get the audio how you akin it. I really akin being capable to see what codec you're listening to in the app's chief menu. That way, there's no guessing if you're getting the finest audio norm or not. They volition provision you 30 hours of power division existence alongside ANC on and 40 hours of beverage alongside ANC off. There's an AUX (3.5mm) jack for wired listening, which is a nice contact for audiophiles who motionless rock iPod Classics (or is that fair me?).
The XM6s were not fair the finest headphones of 2025, but are motionless the finest ones of 2026 and apt to be the finest ones for years to come. For $378, you'll be securing the finest for a record-low price.
