Google has added a new guideline to the Google Business Profiles guideline document. The new guideline is named "Misuse of assistance channels."
This new guideline says you cannot misuse the Google Business Profiles assistance portal since it "floods" the assistance squad alongside "invalid requests" and slows all assistance requests down.
These contain assistance submissions that are false or misleading reports and reports made in bad faith.
Here is the complete content of the guideline established over here:
Misuse of assistance channels To justify our assistance services remain productive and accessible for everyone, we necessitate all Google Business Profile users to use the assistance paths responsibly. Google provides these channels in fine belief to determine lawful endeavor and specialized issues. To evade delays in reply times and power the assistance for all businesses, evade any misuse of the portal or flood them alongside invalid requests.
