About the Role
We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to activity immediately alongside specialized customers and assistance them get value from Cekura.
You’ll sit at the intersection of customers, product, engineering, and GTM. Your job is to deeply comprehend how customers build agents, assistance them create self-improving loops alongside Cekura, and rotate those learnings into improved merchandise and improved process.
What You’ll Do
Embed deeply alongside customers
Work alongside customers to comprehend their delegate workflows, onboard them well, and assistance them build uninterrupted loops throughout testing, monitoring, debugging, and improvement.
Automate merchandise insights
Build systems and workflows that display how customers use Cekura, anywhere they get value, anywhere they get stuck, and anywhere we should assistance next.

Build the FDE org
Create the playbooks, processes, and standards for how FDE plant at Cekura.
About You
- You attention deeply concerning customers and measurable outcomes.

- You’re comfortable alongside APIs, webhooks, essential SQL, and Python or JavaScript.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years in a specialized function at a dev-tool, infra, SaaS, or AI company.
