Microsoft Bing is evaluation placing a ample sole ad component at the top of the Bing Search results page. The sponsored ad has a gray background, alongside an depiction and call to act button, and of course, the url, heading and ad description.
This was spotted by Khushal Bherwani who posted this screenshot on X, he wrote, "Bing evaluation a dedicated placement for sponsored ads at top of serp."

It nearly looks akin a malware ad but it is not, right?
